Terra Nara มีความยินดีที่จะต้อนรับน้องๆ furry friends มาเข้าพักกับเรา แต่เพื่อที่ทางโรงแรมจะได้เตรียมต้อนรับน้องได้อย่างดีที่สุด ท่านใดต้องการนำสัตว์เลี้ยงมาพักที่โรงแรม โดยเจ้าของสัตว์เลี้ยงจะต้องแจ้งสายพันธ์ น้ำหนัก อายุ และประวัติการฉีดวัคซีนล่าสุดของสัตว์เลี้ยง ให้โรงแรมทราบล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 1 วัน
โดยวัคซีนประจำปีที่ฉีดนั้น จำเป็นจะต้องครอบคลุมในช่วงระยะเวลา ที่เข้าพักกับทางโรงแรมเท่านั้น กรณีสัตว์เลี้ยงขาดการฉีดวัคซีนในช่วงระยะเวลาที่เข้าพัก ทางโรงแรมขออนุญาตในการปฏิเสธการพาสัตว์เลี้ยงเข้าพักในทุกกรณี
ในกรณีไม่มีการแจ้งล่วงหน้า ทางโรงแรมมีความจำเป็นที่จะต้องคิดค่าบริการเพิ่มเติม 500 บาท และหากไม่สามารถแจ้งรายละเอียดต่างๆ พร้อมกับใบวัคซีนที่รับรองตามรายละเอียดข้างต้น ทางโรงแรมขอปฏิเสธในการนำสัตว์เลี้ยงเข้าพัก เพื่อความปลอดภัยของตัวน้องๆเองและแขกในโรงแรมทุกท่าน
น้องๆรบกวนเข้าพักได้แค่ห้อง Superior Room ซึ่งจะต้อง **จองผ่านช่องทางตรงของโรงแรมเท่านั้น** หากไม่ได้มีการจองห้องพักผ่านช่องทางตรงของโรงแรม ทางโรงแรมมีความจำเป็นจะต้องคิดค่าบริการ เพิ่ม 500 บาท (นน ไม่เกิน 7 กก) และ 1,000 บาท (นน เกิน 7 กก) ต่อสัตว์เลี้ยง/ห้อง/คืน

Terra Nara is delighted to welcome furry friends to stay with us. In order for the hotel to be prepared to welcome your furry friends in the best possible way, guests who want to bring their pets with them must inform the pet's breed, weight, age and recent vaccination history to the hotel at least 1 day in advance before check-in date.
The pet's annual vaccine record must cover the entire stay period at our hotel. Otherwise, the hotel reserves the right to refuse pets to stay with us in all cases.
In the event that there is no advance notice of the pet arrival, the hotel will need to charge an additional fee of 500 THB. And if pet owners unable to provide details along with a certificate of vaccination as detailed above, the hotel reserves the right to refuse pets to stay with us in all cases for the safety of your pet and all hotel guests.
Pets are able to stay only in our Superior Room, which must be reserved through the hotel's direct channels only. In the case that guests with pets didn't reserve the room through hotel's direct channels, there will be an additional service charge of 500 baht (if pet weighs no more than 7 kg) and 1,000 baht (if pet weighs over 7 kg) per pet/room/night. Check-in time for Pet-friendly room: 3:00 p.m.

Paws Policies
To ensure that your furry friends have an enjoyable stay with us ,paws’ parents are asked to accept the paws policy prior to arrival and sign the agreement upon check in.
1. We understand that your pets might be very excited with their pawliday and curious about new spaces, so please kindly keep them close to you. (Simple rule is keep them on leash, stroller or baby carrier at all time at hotel.
2. As Terra Nara is a place for everyone, we warmly welcome your furry friends with no extra charge for 1st.furry friend and 500 THB for 2nd if lower than 7 kg. and 1,000 THB if over 7 kg.
3. However, we cannot accommodate untamed animals or animals that are poisonous including frogs, cobra and reptiles. So, check with us in advance will make things easy for you
4. I will assume financial responsibility for any damage that occurs due to leaving my furry friend unattended at any time. I also agree that the condition of the room is based on the sole judgment of Terra Nara Hotel Pattaya management on departure.
5. Our housekeeping will arrange a pet cozy corner inside the room (available upon request) with your choice of pet's essentials (water bowl, food bowl and treats - *additional charge may apply) to keep them comfy. However, please come prepared with any other beloved belongings e.g. their favorite toys and water bottle to keep them hydrated!
6. Pets are not permitted to be left alone in the room under any circumstances unless they are placed in a kennel or carrier. If a pet is left alone loose in the room and the owner cannot be located, the pet will then remove to another location.
7. To ensure that everyone is happy while using the community space, we provide pet signages, pet floors and pet-friendly restaurants, where your furry friends will be accompanied and supervised by our lovely staff.
8. Be mindful that your furry friends are trained to avoid unexpected incidents. Pets are not allowed to use our swimming pool to avoid cleaning fee THB.100,000 but we offer paws play yards for all our hotel guests. So they can relax and enjoy their pawliday.
9. I will clean up after my pet and dispose of any waste in a bin.
10. I will notify the hotel staff of any pet “accidents” immediately and request special cleaning efforts if required.
11. I will assume financial responsibility for any damage caused by my pet during my stay.
12.When your furry friends want to go to the toilet, please follow the signs for the pet toilet or bring your own pet pee pad or diapers to avoid a cleaning fee of THB. 500 per time.
13. As a pet friendly hotel, we try to minimize incidents that might happen to our furry friends as much as possible, however any damages to our decorations will be held responsible by the pet's owner.
14. Traveling with pets might be exhausting, as sometimes pets might become aggressive due to the humidity of Thai weather. Please ensure that you bring their favorite treats to keep them calm and happy.
15. Please understand and accept our apologies if we need to ask you to make your furry friends go on a timeout or leave the lobby or restaurant area when they are aggressive or making loud noises as it might disturb other guests.
16. We have breakfast area for you and your furry friend separated from normal area so that you can enjoy your breakfast with your furry friend.
17. Should my pet cause injury to other guests, patrons, employees, visitors, vendors or anyone lawfully on the hotel premises or their property, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Terra Nara Hotel Pattaya and all partners.
18. I agree to remove my pet from the registered room during the time of cleaning service.
19. I agree to keep my pet behind the closed door in the registered room during the time of any delivery from room service, bell service or house service.
